Dr. Moore is a Lecturer in the Program in Technical Communication in the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan. Since 2009, Dr. Moore has taught rhetoric and composition at the collegiate level. He is particularly interested in the first-year writing experience for college freshmen. As a teacher, Dr. Moore is passionate about helping students realize the value of their words; he works to model for students the ways in which the study of words can shape them as writers and as people. Before joining the UM faculty in Technical Communication, Dr. Moore taught at Baylor University and Spring Arbor University.
