About Kelsey

Kelsey McLendon is a Lecturer III in the Program in Technical Communication. Before joining the University of Michigan faculty, she taught courses in literature, composition, and technical communication skills at universities both in the U.S. and in Europe, most recently at the University of Stuttgart in Stuttgart, Germany. In 2016, Kelsey earned a master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in English. Her thesis drew on visual and feminist theory and New Historicist influences to explore common threads within post-World War II era feminist texts for young readers.
