About Dr. Snyder
Dr. Snyder joined the Program in Technical Communication in 2016. She teaches technical writing and presentation strategies to undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Engineering. She’s also taught academic presentations for graduate students in the English Language Institute.
Before her work at the University of Michigan, Dr. Snyder was a graduate student and instructor at Michigan Technological University where she taught courses in Technical Communication, Composition, and Communication Studies.
Dr. Snyder is interested in the intersection between social justice and technical communication and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in STEM education.
